Custom PVC Patch Magic Owl Theme

This product uses eco-friendly soft PVC (food-contact grade optional). Through 3D modeling + injection molding + multi-color drip-molding, the custom character designs (e.g., the “purple owl wearing a wizard hat and holding a broomstick” and the “Christmas shield crow wearing a Santa hat and holding a gift” shown in the samples) are recreated in full dimensional form with high color saturation and crisp detail (e.g., the owl’s feather spots, wizard hat texture, and the shield crow’s Christmas elements). The edges are finished with black trim edging for scratch and wear resistance. Two attachment forms are supported:

Velcro version: The back is sewn / attached with Velcro (hook or loop side), allowing repeated attachment and removal on clothing, backpacks, caps, and more;

Adhesive version: The back is covered with strong adhesive (such as 3M tape) — peel off the film and permanently bond to flat surfaces (such as phone cases, notebooks).

Fully customizable — whether for IP characters, holiday themes, abstract patterns, or text slogans, the PVC patch process faithfully reproduces your exclusive design. Additional options include adjusting the shape (contour-cut / cartoon / badge), colors (multi-color gradient / color block), attachment form (Velcro / adhesive / magnetic), or adding glow-in-the-dark, fragrance, and localized raised dots for enhanced tactile feel.
