Butterfly Sequin Embroidered Patch

This butterfly sequin patch is built on a thin water-soluble base, with the body densely layered in alternating black and gold sequins. Black embroidery stitching traces the wing veins, creating rich dimensionality — under light, the finish is refined and sophisticated with a delicate shimmer. The butterfly antennae are slender and sculptural, and the overall silhouette is bold yet elegant.

The backing is lightweight and translucent. After iron-on application, excess base material dissolves away with water, leaving the patch flat and unobtrusive against the fabric. Built-in hot-melt adhesive allows quick bonding with a household iron; for maximum durability, it can be reinforced with hand stitching along the edges. Withstands repeated washing without losing sequins or unravelling threads.

Widely used for decorating Hanfu, evening dresses, stage costumes, denim jackets, canvas bags, shoes, and hats — also works for concealing fabric damage.
