Custom Embroidered Fabric Patch

This product uses high-density polyester embroidery thread (fluorescent / metallic / matte / glow-in-the-dark color options supported), precision-stitched by industrial-grade computerized embroidery machines. The stitch density reaches 12–14 stitches per millimeter, with dimensional, well-defined artwork contours, high color saturation, and excellent abrasion resistance — staying fade-resistant even after repeated washing. The base fabric is high-strength nylon / cotton blend lining, with edges finished via laser cutting or anti-fray overlock treatment to ensure no edge fraying through long-term use. Three backing / attachment options are available based on your needs:

Sew-on version: Unbacked, pure fabric substrate — sewn directly onto garments, bags, caps, etc. with needle and thread. The most secure and long-lasting option, ideal for high-frequency-wear workwear, denim jackets, and tactical gear.

Velcro version: High-strength Velcro hook or loop side pre-sewn onto the back — reusable, capable of tens of thousands of attachment cycles. Perfect for tactical vests, combat uniforms, backpacks, baseball caps, and other scenarios requiring frequent badge changes.

Iron-on version: Hot-melt adhesive layer (EVA / PA adhesive) on the back — firmly bonds to flat fabric surfaces (cotton, linen, polyester, etc.) using a household iron heated to 120–150°C for 30–60 seconds. Convenient to apply, ideal for DIY crafting, temporary decoration, and garment repair.
